LPD: woman has iPhone and Beats headphones stolen

LINCOLN, Neb. -- On Friday, officers responded to a robbery call.
Lincoln Police Department said that around 6:40 a.m officers responded to the area of 35th & Apple on the report of a robbery.
A 23-year-old reported that she was jogging when they were struck in the back by a female suspect, 19-year-old Avery Belgum.
Authorities said the victim said she tried to defend herself but was knocked to the ground by Belgum, who then stole her iPhone and Beats headphones, adding up to $1,075 in stolen items.

LPD Officers said they found a silver Jeep had struck a tree and the occupants fled the area.
