YORK, Neb. -- A man in southeast Nebraska is facing drug charges.

30-year-old Daniel Davis of York is pleading no contest to cocaine possession.

According to court records, a deputy stopped Davis last year for speeding, finding his license had been revoked.

He has been found guilty of this charge.

But during that stop, Davis also was found to have cocaine on him.

His sentencing is scheduled for July 19th.
