Driver suffers arm injuries in two-vehicle Wymore accident
BEATRICE – One of the drivers sustained an injured arm in a two-vehicle accident that happened in Wymore, Wednesday afternoon.
Gage County Sheriff’s Officers and rescue personnel from Wymore and Beatrice were sent to the scene, along East “G” Street.
75-year-old Linda Seydlitz refused ambulance transfer but was taken by a family member to Beatrice Community Hospital, for treatment of injuries to her right forearm.
Sheriff’s officers say her 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt was southbound on North Sixth and did not stop at a sign, at 6th and “G”. Going through the intersection, the car made contact with a 2013 GMC Sierra pickup driven by 63-year-old Roger Dorn, of Blue Springs, who was eastbound.
The collision spun the pickup around, and the car then struck a pole. Dorn was not injured in the 2:40 p.m. accident.
