Kimball man arrested for sexual assault of a minor

On Thursday, the Kimball Police Department received a report of a possible sexual assault on a child. The police quickly interviewed the victim in partnership with CAPstone Child Advocacy Center of Western Nebraska.

After the interview and additional investigation, police arrested 21-year-old Ethan Ratzlaff. Ratzlaff is a Kimball resident and Kimball High School graduate. He was arrested for First Degree Sexual Assault of a Minor.
