- Serves: 4
- Difficulty: Low
- Prep: 10 minutes
- Type: Lunch
- Total time: 2 minutes
Ingredients
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
2 cups Almond Milk
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
In a GoodCook Stainless Steel Bowl, combine the almond milk, agave nectar, and vanilla extract. Then sprinkle the chia seeds into the liquid and whisk together. Allow the chia liquid mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, whisk the mixture again to break up any clumps of chia seeds that have formed. Pour the mixture into a storage container, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Once the chia pudding has chilled and thickened, scoop it into the large compartment of an EveryWare Bento Box, and garnish it with fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and dragonfruit. Complete the bento box by filling the remaining compartments with snack cheeses, vegetables, hardboiled eggs, and nuts.
