LINCOLN, Neb. -- Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol Tech Crimes Unit have arrested a Lincoln man after a child exploitation investigation.

On Wednesday morning, troopers performed a search warrant at a Lincoln apartment. The search of the residence uncovered numerous items of child pornography, according to NSP spokesperson Cody Thomas.

The resident, 33-year-old Daniel Polyansky was arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography. Polyansky was lodged in Lancaster County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.
