Theodore Joseph Johnson, known fondly as Ted, born on April 15, 1949, in Beatrice, Nebraska, lived a life characterized by his intelligence and wit. He dedicated his professional career to the insurance industry, where he thrived as a smart adjuster, making significant contributions. Ted was a witty man, known for his sharp humor and the ability to lighten up any conversation.

Ted held a deep fondness for his hometown of Beatrice, where he resided for 74 years, though he also spent valuable years in Lincoln and Omaha. He found pleasure in being an active member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, York Rite, and Shrine for many years, displaying his commitment and dedication.

Despite not being religiously involved, his life, filled with kindness and love, mirrored the verse from Proverbs 17:17, "A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity." Theodore was indeed a friend who loved at all times and a brother who stood strong in times of adversity.

Theodore is survived by his son, Thom (Shellye) Sister-in-Law Diane, Nephews Clinton & Matthew, and niece Kindra.  He is proceeded in death by his parents Ken and Rosie, and his brother Brad.
